five (5) night stay in High Season and minimum
seven (7) night stay in Peak Season. All rates subject to 11%
Government Tax.Rates. Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people
per bedroom. Additional beds are available upon request with
a maximum of three people per bedroom. |

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking except for reservations by agents or other villa groups which requires full payment to confirm the booking |

No charge for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival |

Cancellation within 45 - 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the total payment will be charged |

Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of total payment will be charged unless the property is re-let or by arrangement |

No show guests, payment in full is still required |
