All rates are per villa, per night, minimum
three (3) nights stay in Regular and High Seasons and minimum
five (5) night stay in Peak Season. All rates subject to 11%
Government Tax.Rates. Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people
per bedroom. Additional beds are available upon request with
a maximum of three people per bedroom. |

Additional vehicles required due to size of luggage or extra
people will be charged at prevailing rates.

Method of Payment
- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking except for reservations by agents or other villa groups which requires full payment to confirm the booking
- The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival
- No charge for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation within 45 - 60 days prior to arrival 50% of
the total payment will be charged
- Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of total
payment will be charged unless the property is re-let or by
arrangement
- No show guests, payment in full is still required
- Payment by cash ( US$, Japanese Yen, Indonesia Rupiah or
AUS$ ), or credit card ( VISA, Master Card only )
- USD rates and all other quoted currency rates are converted
to Australian currency (AUD) at the applicable time of billing
- A surcharge of 2% applies to payment by credit card
