Damage
or Loss
A credit card imprint will be required upon arrival at the villa and held as security. On the day of departure, should the property suffer damage or loss during your stay the cost to repair or replace an item will be finalised prior to departure. |

The owners and all staff of Villas of Excellence, accept no responsibility for any personal injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or otherwise, nor any arising from exceptional weather conditions, Balinese festivals or traditional practices, airlines or other travel arrangements, or any other matter beyond our control or remit. No responsibility is accepted for guests personal belongings. Every reasonable effort is made to present the property in excellent order in accordance with its advertised standards. |

Guest's behaviour must be considerate of other guests and others closeby. Villas of Excellence reserves the right to require any guest to leave the premises on request despite having a confirmed reservation if their behavior is considered inappropriate.
